How many paper bags will I get with my order?

We provide complimentary paper bags with the iconic yellow Kele Pineapple motif in the following quantities:

  • 1 small paper bag per 1-2 Golden Tins or 1-2 Peranakan boxes;
  • 1 large paper bag per 3-4 Golden Tins, 3-4 Peranakan boxes, or 1-2 Skyline boxes.

If you'd like more/less paper bags, please include this as a note for your order above!

When will my order arrive/be ready for collection?

For Non-CNY Periods:

Standard Delivery: Your order will arrive between 10am and 6pm on your selected date.

Self-Collection: Your order will be available for collection at your chosen outlet from the selected date, subject to the outlet’s operating hours:

Chinatown: 9am to 7pm (extended to 8pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)

Jewel: 10am to 10pm

For CNY Periods:

Standard Delivery: Your order will arrive between 9am and 9pm on your selected date.

Corporate Delivery: Your order will arrive between 9am and 5pm on your selected date.

Specific Delivery: Your order will arrive within your selected time slot — either 10am to 2pm or 2pm to 6pm.

CNY Redemption Point Collection: Your order will be available for collection from 9am to 7pm, starting from your selected date. (Subject to the redemption point’s operating period.)

How long will my goodies last?

Our Pineapple Tarts and Pineapple Balls have a shelf life of 3 months from the date we bake and pack them, as long as they remain unopened - with the exception of our Double Cheese Pineapple Balls, which have a shelf life of 2.5 months.

Once opened, we recommend consuming them within the week, and storing them in a tightly sealed container away from moisture.

We pride ourselves on our very high standards of quality and service. Our roll cakes and our pineapple tarts and balls are handmade from the best ingredients we can source - and undergo strict quality control at every step from our kitchen to you.
