Are all product flavours available daily?

Our signature Traditional Pineapple Tarts and Golden Pineapple balls are available year-round and  in our entire range of packaging — from our golden metal Tins to our artisan 3-piece, 6-piece, and 12-piece souvenir boxes. The other flavours are available in 6-piece and 12-piece souvenir boxes. Do take note that some flavours may occasionally be unavailable in specific stores.


Please note that our cookies are only available during the Chinese New Year season.

How are the tarts/balls and cookies packaged?

Our signature Traditional Pineapple Tarts and Golden Pineapple Balls, as well as our Cookie range (CNY-only), are available for purchase in golden metallic tins that contain approximately 27-30 pieces (700g total). 

The Traditional Pineapple Tarts and Golden Pineapple Balls, as well as our range of delectable tart and ball flavours, are also available in the following souvenir packaging:

  • the 6-piece Peranakan Souvenir Box, containing six (6) individually-wrapped pieces in a colourful box featuring whimsical artwork of a Peranakan shopfront.
  • the 12-piece Skyline Souvenir Box, containing twelve (12) individually-wrapped pieces in a colourful box emblazoned with artwork of the iconic Singapore skyline.
  • Each piece comes in its own individual golden tray with an oxygen absorber for longevity, wrapped securely in gold-stamped translucent film. 
  • The Peranakan and Skyline souvenir boxes contain a golden insert in each box to separate the individual pieces, making them ideal for displaying the tarts.

3pc Pineapple Tart/Ball Gift Box: Subject to availability, we also offer special three-piece boxes that contain either three individually-wrapped Golden Pineapple Balls, Traditional Pineapple Tarts, or a mix of Tangerine + Traditional + Sweet Potato. Ask us about them or alternatively buy them at our store!

Are Kele's pineapple tarts, balls and cookies halal?

We are not halal-certified, but we do not use any pork-based ingredients in our production.

Are Kele’s confectioneries suitable for vegetarians or vegans?

Most of our confectioneries are vegetarian-friendly, except for our Chicken Floss Rolls and Shrimp Rolls. However, as our products contain butter, milk and eggs, we do not recommend them to customers who are vegan.

What are the allergens to take note of?

Most of our confectioneries contain dairy, egg and gluten. Some of our selections also contain peanuts and tree nuts and crustaceans. Should you have any allergies to the allergens mentioned, we do not recommend consuming Kele’s confectioneries, as they are produced within the same facility.

How long can the Pineapple Tarts & Cookies last?

Our products can last 3 months from the manufacturing date when stored indoors away from direct sunlight. All expiry dates for our products are reflected on the tins. (Note: Golden Cheese Pineapple Ball can last up to 2.5 months)

How many Pineapple Tarts/Balls are there per tin? What is the weight per piece? 

There are approximately 30 pieces per tin, at around 20g per piece. For cookies, the weight of the tin varies depending on the selection and will be reflected on the product page. 

Do your confectioneries contain any preservatives?

We pride ourselves on our high quality and premium ingredients, and do not use any artificial preservatives in any of our products.

Orders & Purchases

Where is Kele located, and what are the opening hours?

You can find us at Chinatown (2 Smith Street, 10am - 7pm daily) or at Jewel Changi (#01-K213, 10am - 10pm daily).
Please note that roll cakes are only available for sale or self-collection at our Chinatown location.

I’ve changed my mind. Can I amend my order?

Unfortunately, our e-commerce system is automated, and we’re unable to amend submitted orders. We strongly advise you to check all order details thoroughly before payment. Thank you for your understanding!

What is your cancellation policy?

Once an order is confirmed, we typically do not allow cancellations. However, for rare issues like technical errors or duplicate orders, we consider requests on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to cancel your order due to an extenuating circumstance, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

I would like to make a corporate purchase/arrange deliveries for multiple locations, who should I contact?

Kindly email your request to info@kele.sg, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can! (Usually within the day on working days.)

Do you provide custom packaging for corporate orders?

We offer customization such as labels/stickers on a case-by-case basis — get in touch with us to see if we can fulfil your vision!

My order is a gift. Can I include a note?

Of course! Include your note at checkout page and we will include it on a greeting card when delivering your order.

Collection & Delivery

How do I self-collect my order?

Self-collections are available from Monday to Sunday, subject to the opening hours of the location you’re looking to collect at. The daily collection slots are computed automatically - all available dates and locations will be shown on our checkout page.

Please bring your confirmation e-mail with the QR code for collection - it will be sent to the e-mail you provide at checkout.

Do you deliver? What are the charges?

The Standard Delivery fee we charge for delivery to your doorstep is $20. (For bulk and corporate orders, please contact us for details on waived delivery fees.)


This delivery option is ideal for those who require delivery on a specific date but are flexible with the receiving time — we usually deliver between 12-6pm on working days.


The delivery window may extend beyond this during peak seasons such as Chinese New Year.

Should our driver be unable to contact you during the delivery attempt, redelivery will incur an additional charge of $20 per attempt.


For delivery to hard-to-access locations such as Jurong Island, Changi Airport and Sentosa, an extra $60 fee is applicable.

Do you ship internationally?

Due to complex import regulations from country to country, as well as the delicate nature of our artisanal pastries, we do not currently offer international shipping as an option.


Consider taking our souvenir boxes and tins with you on your trips instead — they’re perfectly designed to be as sturdy as they are stylish for your travels!

How do you ensure product quality?

We pride ourselves on our very high standards of quality and service. Our roll cakes and our pineapple tarts and balls are handmade from the best ingredients we can source - and undergo strict quality control at every step from our kitchen to you.

What is your policy regarding cancellations, exchanges, and returns?

No Cancellation / Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our food products, cancellations or refunds are strictly not permitted once an order is confirmed. We reserve the right to evaluate and investigate all exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.

Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Item Received
    If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days. Provide proof of purchase and a clear photo of the item received.
  • Missing Items
    If any item is missing from your order, notify us within 3 business days and include a copy of your receipt for verification.
  • Damaged Items
    If any items arrive damaged, contact us within 3 business days. You must:
    - Provide photos of the damaged items.
    - Keep the items in their original packaging with the seal intact.
    - Return the damaged items to us for further inspection.

Non-Exchangeable Items
We are unable to process exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind or personal taste preferences.
  • Items that have been consumed or reported beyond the stated timeframe.

  • Provide your order details, receipt, and supporting evidence (e.g. photos).

Our team will review your request. Approved exchanges will be processed in the form of store credits.
